At DripHeaven, we are committed to providing premium-quality streetwear and a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After 12 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order may already be under processing or shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team with your Order ID.

2. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

Size-related issues
Wrong product received
Damaged or defective product received

To request an exchange:

Contact us with your Order ID.
Share clear images or videos of the product.
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping charges for exchanges may be applicable.

3. No Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds or returns once an order has been placed.
Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
Only exchanges are allowed under the conditions mentioned above.

4. Customized / Personalized Products

Customized or personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If a customized product is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products purchased during sale or clearance.
Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery time is 4–7 working days across India.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, festivals, or unforeseen operational delays.
